Le Moyen Orient posera encore problème et 2 européens sur 3 auront plus de 60 ans. L'Angleterre (re)deviendra la principale puissance économique d'Europe (grace à sa politique libérale et à son marché du travail). Londres aura un climat méditeranéen (rechauffement climatique de quelques degrés). </p><p>Ce scénario est nuancé par les menaces: prolifération nucléaire, frictions en Asie sur les ressources énergétiques, Corée du Nord, conflit Inde/Pakistan + Moyen Orient.
